What are the signs of heart attack in women?

So the signs of a heart attack in women are often much more subtle than in men.

So heart attack signs in general are sudden onset of chest pain, breathlessness, or sweating.

But sometimes in women and in the elderly, those can be very subtle, and can just be a little bit of sweating or a little bit of nausea and malaise, and, in fact, we think that about one in four heart attacks have no symptoms at all, and they’re just discovered later on.
