This amazing spinach and fruit smoothie is the perfect way to get energy and nutrition to keep you moving without the bulk and tiredness of a heavy meal.



1 cup coconut water

1 medium ripe banana

2 cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen mango or pineapple


  1. In a blender, add the ingredients. Purée ingredients until smooth.
  2. If you like it a little smoother you can add water till the desired consistency is reached.
