Smashed avocado, lime, tomato and feta crackers

A quick and healthy snack, for any time of the day.


  1. 1/2 avocado
  2. 1 tsp lime juice
  3. 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  4. 15g low-fat feta, crumbled
  5. wholewheat crackers
  6. pepitas (for garnish)


  1. Place avocado in a small bowl, add lime juice, and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mash roughly with a fork.
  2. Spoon avocado evenly over the wholewheat crackers. Top with tomato slices, crumbled feta and pepitas. Serve immediately.
