- 400gram Penne Pasta
- 1 Garlic Cloves – chopped
- 1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Birds-eye chilli – Chopped
- 20 gram Capers
- 350 grams Green Prawns – peeled
- 2 Sprig Thyme
Instructions

Pre-heat large pan then drizzle olive oil into the pan

Place the garlic onion and chili into the pan and allow to cook until golden. Stir regularly as to not allow it to burn

Add in chopped Cherry tomato, capers, and peeled prawns

Add cooked pasta to the pan, stir and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes
