Hot Smoked Salmon Linguine with Spicy Lemon Cream Infusion

Sounds fancy but this recipe is not as difficult as it sounds. Give it a go tonight!


  • 1 pack Linguine 
  • 400gram Hot Smoked Salmon
  • 600ml Pure Cream
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 1/2bunch Dill
  • 1/2 Brown Onion – diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves – chopped
  • 3 Sprigs of Thyme
  • 3 Birds-eye chilli – chopped
  • 1/2 bunch shallots
  • 1splash Olive oil
  • 1pinch Salt and Pepper


  1. Fill a large pot of water with salt and bring to a boil
  2. Place linguine pasta in pot cook until just cooked (Don’t refresh the pasta and keep some of the water to thin sauce if needed )
  3. Pre-heat a pan and place olive oil in pan to make the sauce
  4. Fry the onion, garlic and thyme & chili until fragrant
  5. Pour cream and lemon zest into the pan, add a pinch of salt and pepper place pasta into the pan allow sauce to thicken
  6. Remove pasta from pan and place into a bowl crumble the hot smoked salmon and fold through shallots and dill
