Grilled salmon tacos with spicy lime yogurt

Yields4 Servings

 500 g Salmon fillet
 1 tsp Crushed garlic
 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
 1 pinch Salt
 200 ml Greek yoghurt
 1 tbsp chipotle paste
 1 Lime
To Serve
 8 Small soft flour tortillas , warmed
 1 Small cos lettuce , finely shredded
 1 Coriander (Small bunch)
 ¼ cup Pickled jalapenos
 Hot chilli sauce to serve

Mix the garlic, paprika, sugar in a bowl before rubbing into the flesh of the salmon fillet. Heat pan to high.

Mix chipotle paste, the greek yogurt, and lime juice together in a bowl, and set aside. Place the salmon on a hot pan with a dash of olive oil skin-side down, for 3-4 mins on first side then 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and carefully peel off and discard the skin.

Break up the salmon into large chunks and serve with the warmed tortillas, chipotle greek yogurt, shredded cos, coriander, jalapeños and lime wedges. Add a shake of hot chilli sauce, for that spicy touch.
