Simple Meat Balls

Simple delicious easy to make meat balls that it fun to make and eat.


  • 1 peeled Onion
  • 1/2bunch Thyme
  • 1table spoon Mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 50gram Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pinch Pepper


  1. Place onion mixed herbs and thyme in a blender whizz until smooth. If you don’t have a blender chop ingredients very finely
  2. Place your mince meat into a bowl, kneed in the onion blend to ingredients are mixed.
  3. Add bread crumbs and tomato paste and eggs and kneed until well combined
  4. Roll mince mixture into balls about as big as a golf ball and place on a baking tray so they aren’t touching each other
  5. Cook in the oven for about 30mins. Best served with spaghetti with a tomato-based sauce
