Breakfast Muesli

Strawberries are coming into season, this recipe is a great way to make the most this versatile berry!



2 punnet strawberries
2 tbs fresh passionfruit pulp
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
700g natural yoghurt
1 1/2 cup your favourite muesli


  1. Wash, hull and mash strawberries in a small bowl with a fork.
  2. Mix vanilla bean paste with yoghurt.
  3. Place 1/3 cup of muesli at the bottom of four bowls.
  4. Divide the mashed strawberries across the muesli followed by a quarter of the yoghurt.
  5. Drizzle 1/2 tbs of passionfruit pulp over each dish and a few extra sprinkles of muesli.
