What are the five things you can do for your mental health this week?

The first is to be happy. Do things that make you happy, that give you pleasure.

The second is to have a ritual that gives you enjoyment.

The third is exercise. Exercise regularly.

The fourth is eat healthy food and

the fifth is to get plenty of sleep, and be rested, and be ready to take on the day.
