Lots of people ask about doing a liver cleansing, it was all the rage a few years ago. The fact is, your liver is designed to cleanse your blood. That’s what the that organ does.
Therefore cleansing your liver makes no difference because cleansing is its job. There is no evidence there is any particular diet that makes your liver clean, because your liver is not dirty. That’s what your liver is designed to do.
Additionally, some of the liver cleanse diets are really quite restrictive and you don’t want to be on them for terribly long. So I’d avoid these cleansing because it’s pretty random and not research based.
