How urgent is cancer diagnosis?

cancer diagnosis

Cancer diagnosis is one of those things that really should be done as promptly as possible. It’s not urgent, like having a heart attack.

It doesn’t need to be diagnosed in the next 30 minutes or next one hour. Equally, it’s not something if you have a symptom, that can be put off for months and months.

So if you have something that worries you, you should see your doctor in the timeframe of the next week or so, so that we can get the ball rolling in terms of testing.
