How do you know if you’re at risk of heart failure?

So heart failure is a catch-all term for anyone whose heart is not meeting the needs of their body. And so the symptoms of heart failure are fatigue without another cause, or breathlessness. It’s very rare to have heart failure without any symptoms at all.
