Hello, it’s Norman Swan here. Nosebleeds can be minor or they can be major.
Either way, if you’ve had a major nosebleed, at some point, you’re gonna have to see your doctor just in case you got high blood pressure or something like that. So minor nosebleeds, they’ll settle down by themselves with dabbing. Major nosebleeds, you can pinch the top of your nose and put your head back.
Don’t try packing your nose by yourself. If it’s not stopping, you need to get seen fairly urgently so that it can be treated properly.
