Hopefully, we’re going to get out of lockdown in the not-too-distant future. Physical and mental exercise and staying connected will help pass the time.
But we’re all getting fed up with it.
What I suggest to people, in terms of lockdown, is get outside for exercise. Exercise and stay out for the maximum amount of time that you’re allowed to do that. Make sure you keep contact with your friends and families through Zoom and telephone. Keep yourself as fit as possible.
It won’t be long before we get out of lockdown.
