Video: Sun salutations
Kickstart your workday with yoga – sun salutations. A series of poses aimed to flow in unison with breath. Commonly used as a warm up to prepare the body. As it works with the entirety of the body it is great way to open the body after a night of rest and to greet the rising sun. Whilst combining strength and flexibility your combination of movement and breath will leave you feeling energised, conscious, open and ready to start your work day with clarity of thought.
Mountain pose, forward fold, half way lift, High lunge, downward facing dog, high to low plank, upward facing dog, downward facing dog, savasana.

Well known for its overall body stretch and energising qualities, downward dog deeply stretches the lower body including the hamstrings, calves and ankles, meanwhile it strengthens the arms, shoulders and legs.
