What is self-isolation?
Self-isolation is really quarantining. Quarantine is for healthy people who’ve not yet developed the infection and who may never develop the infection, so that you stay away from other people in case you pass it on to them.
So self-isolation means you go into your bedroom, you stay there, and you don’t move out, it’s really boring I know. You have your own towel, your own utensils and you’re brought your food. Pretty challenging if you live by yourself, pretty challenging if you live in a busy share apartment, but that’s what you’ve gotta do, you don’t go out, you don’t go to the gym, you don’t go for a job, you stay at home.
That’s what isolation is all about.
