There is no evidence at the moment that the virus that causes COVID-19 grows from breast milk. So if the advice is that you would continue breastfeeding just really be obsessive compulsive about hygiene, washing your hands. If you’ve got COVID-19 wearing a mask and so that you are not passing it on. But under normal circumstances you would just treat your baby as normal and breast feeding is a really good thing to do because you are boosting your baby’s immunity.
