Blueberry, Banana & Nut Smoothie

Get a head-start on your day by freezing the ingredients for your smoothie the night before then in the morning, add liquid to your blender and blend away for a lovely breakfast on the go or as boost of energy during the day.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter


  1. In a blender, add ingredients in the order they are listed. Purée ingredients until smooth.
