The most common issue that we’re really looking out for during the actual IVF process is a condition called hyperstimulation. That’s where your oestrogen starts to rise faster than what we’d like to see.

We like to pick that up early, and bring back the dose, and run the cycle differently just to minimise the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation. But apart from that, there might be very various logistics, things that you need to navigate which we can certainly help you with.

It might be that your partner can’t be around at the time of the egg collection. It might be that we need to freeze the sperm beforehand, we can absolutely put your mind at rest there. There might be some work issues that you know, you have a personal conflict. You might not be in Sydney at the time that we need you.

We’ve got all sorts of ways of doing the monitoring externally closer to where you might be just to make it easier for you.
