Should I get the flu vaccine?

One of the key messages this year with coronavirus is that everybody should be covered for influenza. And as soon as the new vaccine is out and you are able to get if from your GP or your pharmacist you should actually be immunised. Pregnant women should be immunised against influenza at any time of the year because you do not want to get influenza. That’s bad news for pregnant women and their babies. Coronavirus is an open question about how bad it is if you’re pregnant. It does not seem so bad at the moment but that’s still to be ascertained.
