Appendicitis can show in various ways, but the typical symptoms are: pain around your belly button. This pain then moves down into the lower right-hand side of your abdomen.
The pain can be made worse by movement and you can get vomiting associated with it. If appendicitis is in its really late stage, you can get generalised abdominal pain. This is worsened by movement. When that happens it is considered a serious side effect.
Somebody might notice in you that your breath’s starting to smell or your tongue may be dry. Those are also the signs of appendicitis. A fever can be a sign as well. But you can get one without the other.
