Bed bugs are very difficult to get rid of so hygiene and self care is important.

Bed bugs are tiny insects that infect bedding, suitcases, clothes, notorious for travellers carrying them and being found in hotels.

They live off the blood of travellers to a significant extent, and they’re very difficult to get rid of.
