Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about your myDr screens.

Should I turn off the myDr TV screen at night when leaving the practice?

Please do not turn off the myDr TV screen at the power socket. By doing so, you will disrupt the connection between your TV screen and our network server.
We have programmed your device to automatically power down at the end of your business day. If the connection is lost, the news and weather content will be outdated when the TV is next turned on.

Who should I contact if I need assistance with the myDr TV Screen or Digital Panel?
