September is International Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and organisations around the country hold education and fund-raising events to help in the fight against prostate cancer.

Each year in Australia, close to 3,300 men die of prostate cancer - equal to the number of women who die from breast cancer annually - and around 20,000 men are diagnosed.
