Video: Extended puppy pose

A pose to stretch deeply through the shoulders and spine. It stimulates the abdominal organs which helps improve the digestive system

Steps

From all fours, tuck toes under and extend arms forward and let the chest lower towards the floor, whilst drawing the hips back towards the heels.

To release, come to child's pose or lie on belly with head to one side.

It is recommended that this pose is done in the morning on an empty stomach.
