Pink Ribbon Day is a fund-raising event to support research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. It is held on the 4th Monday in October - internationally known as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation invites all Australians to help raise money for breast cancer research through purchasing or volunteering to sell pink ribbon merchandise.
